CanCode Communities, in partnership with the Center on Rural Innovation (CORI), Wallace Community College, and the Best Buy Teen Tech Center, is proud to facilitate the SelmaCanCode: Software Sector Workforce Training program.
Our aim is to develop non-traditional talent for a vibrant and inclusive tech talent pipeline by providing individuals with the necessary skills and opportunities in the software sector. Through a twelve-week course, trainees will receive comprehensive instruction, mentor engagements, and ongoing support to thrive in tech careers.
CanCode Communities, together with its partners, is committed to providing the Selma community with the necessary training, resources, and support to empower individuals to pursue rewarding careers in the software sector. Through SelmaCanCode, we aim to bridge the skills gap, promote inclusivity, and contribute to the economic growth of the region.
