Capital Region Digital Equity Coalition
The Capital Region Digital Equity Coalition is dedicated to promoting digital equity in the Capital Region of New York State.
We are a group of organizations and individuals committed to ensuring that everyone in our community has access to affordable, reliable high-speed internet and the skills and tools necessary to effectively use technology.
On March 30th, 2023, we are hosting the Capital Region Digital Equity Summit, in partnership with the NYS ConnectALL Office. The summit will take place from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in Albany at the Blake Annex and will be a virtual event accessible to anyone with an internet connection.
The Capital Region Digital Equity Summit will bring together community leaders, policymakers, educators, and technology experts to discuss strategies for closing the digital divide in our region.

The summit will feature breakout sessions focused on topics such as:
- Digital infrastructure and access
- Digital literacy and education
- Workforce development and digital skills
- Innovative partnerships and collaborations
This is the beginning. Our goal is to begin to create a roadmap for digital equity in the Capital Region, identifying concrete steps that can be taken by all stakeholders to ensure that everyone in our community can fully participate in the digital economy.
We invite you to join us for the Capital Region Digital Equity Summit on March 30th, 2023. Together, we can bridge the digital divide.
