Assistance Programs
One Stop Offices
Each county has a One Stop Office which receives funds from the Department of Labor for training. This is a great first stop in the tuition assistance process.
Learn more and find your county’s contact information on our One Stop Offices page.
Success Scholarships
Students who do not qualify for funding from their local One Stop Office or ACCES-VR, and are not Veterans, may apply for an AlbanyCanCode Success Scholarship. These scholarships are provided by members of our employer network or individuals from the community. Please contact us for a scholarship application.
Transportation and Childcare Support Scholarships
One of our goals is to remove the barriers that prevent many people in our communities from attending our classes. If you are taking one of our classes and need assistance with transportation or childcare, please contact us to request an application for support funding.
Laptop Lending Library
In 2019 we started the Laptop Lending Library to ensure that all of our students have the means to complete our courses. If you are signed up for or are currently taking one of our classes, and do not have a functional laptop that meets the requirements for your course, please talk to your instructor or contact us to request a loaner laptop. Loaner Laptops are given out for the duration of the course, so you are able to bring it home and complete your work outside of class.
Veteran Scholarship Fund
Thanks to a generous grant from Broadview, we are able to provide scholarships to Veterans of the United States Military. If you are a Veteran and are interested in taking one of our classes, please contact us for a scholarship application.
