Tom is the Sr. Director of Product Engineering at MVP Healthcare where he oversees the teams responsible for software engineering, quality assurance, and product ownership. For the last decade he has built teams and led departments through transformations guided by the principle that people come before process and technology. The right people, from diverse background, in the right seats are what drives change, growth, and success. Tom started his career in technology after a short stint in another field. He knows firsthand the impact that beginning a career in technology can have on an individual and their family. This is what draws Tom to the work that Can Code does.
