As Managing Partner of Alaant Workforce Solutions (formerly Linium Recruiting), and certified PHR, SHRM-CP, Miriam has built a recruiting operation responsible for the placement of 3000+ employees with over 250 employers throughout New York State. She is an active member of many organizations focused on human capital and workforce development including Tech Valley High School Business Alliance and Albany Can Code. Miriam’s passion to help employers find talent aligns with Albany Can Code mission to create a bridge to cultivate untapped and hidden talent for employers in our region.
