Joe Busa is a retired IT professional who has had many experiences with all stages of software development. The past eighteen years were spent at General Dynamics as the Regression Test Manager for the New York State Medicaid system.
Joe has developed many processes for effective software testing, including Automated Testing. He is experienced in programming and database technologies and enjoys helping people learn, while always improving the process. He is an expert in Quality Management and holds a CQA from the Quality Assurance Institute. Joe graduated from SUNY Oswego and is heavily involved with the alumni.
