Jennifer E. Walden is a Managing Director leading Accenture’s Public Service business in New York
and New Jersey, driving partnerships with State and City agencies, higher education institutions, and
non-profit organizations. Jennifer also serves as the Office Managing Director for Accenture’s Albany
Office.
Jennifer has spent her entire career focused on the public sector, focused on one mission: helping
governments deliver better services to their communities and be responsible stewards of public
funds. From her 22 years of helping government leaders navigate complex challenges, she’s learned
that successful public sector transformation requires more than just technical expertise—it demands
deep understanding of how governments really work.
Based in Albany, Jennifer works primarily with New York government, but her experience spans
regions and agency types. Whether it’s modernizing legacy systems or improving New York
government experiences, she focuses on solutions that are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with
public service missions.
Jennifer was honored as a 2019 City & State 40 under 40 recipient and is always looking to connect
with leaders who seek to turn complex technology challenges into wins for all New Yorkers.
Jennifer lives in Albany with her husband and two daughters, and in her spare time volunteers with
her Alma Mater, Clarkson University where she is a member of the Reh School of Business
Leadership Council and Alumni Association Leadership Board. She recently joined the boards of the
Business Council of New York State and Can Code Communities to support her passion for creating
opportunities to improve the way the world works and lives.
