SaratogaCanCode Python for Data Analytics
A 12-week, interactive course offered online via Microsoft Teams and Zoom through SUNY Adirondack Continuing Education in collaboration with SaratogaCanCode. If you are interested, but don’t have access to a computer or Internet, SUNY Adirondack, and the NYS and Federal Department of Labor grant may be able to support your technology needs.
In the Python for Data Analytics course, students will learn fundamental programming concepts using Python as a tool for collecting, analyzing and visualizing data. No programming experience is necessary, although those with experience interested in learning new languages and applications are welcome. Students will learn variables, data structures, loops, conditionals and other basics of programming, as well as delve into Python Libraries for data analysis and basic statistics to learn data interpretation techniques. The class meets virtually two evenings a week in three-hour sessions.
