Over the past few years, SEFCU has provided a generous yearly grant to provide course scholarships to veterans.. We currently have a few available scholarships left for our upcoming Spring cohort. Please contact info@albanycancode.org if interested in finding out more.

CanCode Communities is committed to aiding our Veterans by providing access to quality training to those wishing to start a new career in the tech sector. We offer a range of classes at differing levels, taught by industry professionals. Local employers visit classes to serve as mentors and provide valuable networking opportunities. Our staff provides career counseling, resume review, and guidance for those who are ready to begin their job searches.

CanCode Communities will be offering classes this Spring. Spring classes will start in late January and applications will open soon. Each class is twelve-‐weeks long, and meets two evenings a week for three hours.

We have seen many of our Veteran alumni become very successful in finding employment at companies like Cengage, Goldman Sachs, and the NYS Office of Information Technology Services.
